Paradiso Real Estate ("Paradiso", "we", "our") operates rivieramayarealestate.com ("the site"). This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiries and improve the site.
- Information you submit. When you fill out a contact or lead form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and any message you send. You can choose not to provide this — the form fields make clear which are required.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure aggregate traffic, page performance, and basic visitor patterns. These tools do not place tracking cookies in your browser and do not identify you personally.
- Server logs. Like all websites, our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp) for security and debugging. We do not link these logs to your personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and continue the conversation.
- To share property recommendations and market updates you've asked us about.
- To understand which pages and properties get the most interest.
- To prevent abuse and keep the site secure.
Who we share with
We do not sell personal information. We share lead details only with the Paradiso agent assigned to your inquiry and with service providers we use to run the site (e.g. Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email). Each provider is contractually bound to handle your data only as needed to operate the site.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of further contact. To do so, email hello@rivieramayarealestate.comwith the subject line "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-functional cookies for things like your language preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
The site is intended for adults considering real estate decisions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
